Engineer Dies in Delhi as Manjha slits his Throat

A 28-year-old Engineer was slaughtered after his throat was cut with a kite string (manjha) while he was riding a bike with two of his sisters in Delhi, police said. The trio was setting off to a relative's home for Rakshabandhan festivity. Numerous individuals, including a resigned barrier powers official, were harmed because of kite strings in the National Capital.


When he was going on the Paschim Vihar flyover, a Chinese manjha from a kite got entrapped around Sharma's neck and cut his throat seriously. The cut was profound to the point that his windpipe was cut and he fell before he could stop the bike, the official said.

Sharma was taken to an emergency clinic where he was announced brought dead. His two sisters got away safe. The expired is an inhabitant of Budh Vihar and functioned as a structural specialist with a private developer, the official said.

A case has been registered under Section 336 and 304A of the Indian Penal Code.
