Again Two Soldiers Were Killed By Pakistan

Jammu: In a primitive assault, two security staff were slaughtered and their bodies disfigured by a Pakistan armed force group which sneaked around 250 meters into Indian domain along the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch area of Jammu and Kashmir.

Fringe activity groups (BATs) crossed into the Indian side as Pakistan armed force propelled overwhelming rocket and mortar terminating on two forward posts in the Krishna Ghati part in Poonch.

The synchronous, unwarranted assaults occurred at the beginning of today, in which an armed force JCO and a BSF head constable were killed and another fighter was harmed, a protection representative said.

The Indian Army said that such "awful" demonstrations of Pakistan's armed force would be "fittingly reacted" to.

"It was a pre-planed operation of Pakistan armed force. They had pushed in BATs more than 250 meters somewhere inside Indian domain and set up ambushes for a long stretch to complete the assault," a senior armed force officer said.

Pakistan's Army completed unwarranted rocket and mortar terminating on two forward posts on hold of Control in Krishna Ghati Sector (in Poonch region) early today, a representative of the Indian Army's Northern Command said in proclamation here.

At the same time, a BAT operation was propelled on a watch working between the two posts, it said.

"In an unsoldierly demonstration by the Pak Army the assortments of two of our officers in the watch were damaged," the representative said.

"They have been to a degree guillotined," the armed force officer said.

The expired have been distinguished as Head Constable Prem Sagar of 200th Battalion of the BSF and Naib Subedar Paramjeet Singh of 22 Sikh Regiment of the armed force.

Constable Rajinder Singh of the BSF brigade endured wounds in the assault.

A BSF officer said troops guarding the marginal struck back successfully, he said.

In April this year, there have been seven truce infringement by Pakistan along the LoC in Poonch and Rajouri areas of Jammu and Kashmir.

On April 19, Pakistani troops damaged the truce along the LoC in Poonch part.

On April 17, Pakistani troops damaged the truce by shooting and shelling mortars on forward posts in Noushera division along the LoC in Rajouri region.

They had softened the truce up a similar part on April 8, in Poonch locale on April 5, in Bhimbher Gali (BG) segment on April 4 and twice on April 3 in Balakote and (Digwar) Poonch segments.

In Digwar part of Poonch, a Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO), Naib Subedar S Sanayaima Som, was executed in an ad lib dangerous gadget (IED) impact along the LoC in Poonch division on April 1.

There were four infringement of the truce along the LoC in Poonch in March.

In 2016 there were 228 occurrences of truce infringement along the LoC, while there were 221 examples of truce infringement along the International Border (IB).
